Step by Step process
-You will need a LOA (Letter Of Acceptance) from a DLI (Designated Learning Institution)

-CAQ Application will be submitted using the Immigration Quebec portal. Once the payment is completed, print the application, sign it and mail in the hard copy to Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI) only original signatures will be accepted, do not use electronic signatures are your application will be refused
-CAQ is received, you must apply for a study permit from the federal government
