Provincial Nominee Program:an easy way to migrate to Canada
One of the easiest ways to migrate to Canada is through the provincial nominee program. What is this program?
To further explain, it’s a program operated by the government for foreigners to apply and get permanent residence. However, each province and territory has its own streams and requirements.
Firstly, there are two ways to apply for the Provincial Nominee Program : – The Paper-based is to apply to a non-express entry stream and the Express entry process Program you must apply for a nomination to a specific express entry stream in the province or territory you would like to settle in.
To clarify, the most common eligibility requirements are education, work experience, age, income, skills. To apply as a provincial nominee you need to meet the minimum requirements and be nominate for one of the streams.
On the other hand, you could be found inadmissible for the following reasons: security reasons, war crimes, crimes against humanity, being a senior official in a government engaged in gross human rights violations or subject to international sanction.
As well as ,committing a crime, organized crime, medical reasons, financial reasons, misrepresentation, temporary residents who don’t respect the conditions of their stay, permanent residents who failure to comply with any provision of IRPA etc.
Most importantly, here are the steps to follow when applying are as followed:
- Find out your eligibility
- Complete a Provincial Nominee Program application
- Receive your Provincial Nomination certificate
- Submit your permanent resident application
